All our properties are fully centrally heated and decorated to a good standard. Internet access is included as standard in all the properties.

We operate totally above board as a respected landlord and all contracts are subject of a 6 month AST Assured Shorthold Tenacy Agreement.

We require a 5 week bond as security and this will be lodged under a registered Deposit Protection Scheme as required by law.

We require rent to paid via standing order.

We expect our property to be respected and consideration to be given to sharing tenants.
